VEE Measurement Program Operation

Measurement

6. Click on the [Measure] button to start measurement. Results will be displayed after

measurement.

The measured results of the track profile are displayed on this menu. This menu also
reports the computed ‘Track Width’ and ‘Read/Write Offset’.

NOTE

Click on the “Save Trace” button to save the swept measurement data. A file menu will pop
up that will require the user to enter a file name (e.g., FileName.csv).

7. Click the [Return] button to return to Track Profile menu.
