Changing Tap and Winding Names
Taps and windings need to be designated with labels in
DWR-10 before measurements can be saved. Editing of
tap and winding names can be done at any time.
1. Press
the
Tap/Winding
button. The A-channel board
displays, along with the keyboard toolbar.
2. Enter a tap name, using a maximum of three
alphanumeric digits. (In the example above, the tap
name is '1.' If no tap name is entered, the field
displays with three dashes.)
3. To save, press the
End
button, or press and hold the
knob for one second. The cursor highlight will move
to the first winding indicator field.
Note: To skip a field, turn the knob to highlight the
next field.
4. Enter the first winding name (H1 in the screen
example above) and press
End
.
5. Enter the second winding name (H2 in the screen
example above) and press
End
. The B-channel board
displays.
