Company
Enter your company name.
Station
Enter a substation number.
Designation
Enter a transformer number.
Manufacturer Enter the name of the transformer manufacturer.
Operator
Enter your name.
Notes
Enter any relevant information about the
transformer or the measurement.
Temperature If desired, enter a temperature value. This can be
the ambient temperature around the transformer, or
the temperature of the transformer itself.
