No Current Flow
– This message appears if current test
leads are not connected before starting the test of if they
are disconnected during the test. The user should connect
the current test leads and restart the test.
Internal Temp. High
– The DRM-100 has high
temperature internal protection. Inside the case are two
types of fans. One internal fan works only if the internal
temperature rises over 25 C. The second fan is a blower
and vents the warm air from the instrument to outside at
all times. If the internal temperature rises over 55 C, a
high temperature message appears, and the instrument
operation is inhibited. The instrument should be left off to
cool down.
