Chapter 2 — Getting to Know the DRM-100

checks for any DC voltages generated by galvanic or 
thermo-electric action between the specimen and the test 
leads and subtracts this value from the final calculation. 

 

<Start> to Stop Test

 – This message is present during 

ramping up of the current and while holding the pre-
selected current during the acquisition time. The user can 
stop or interrupt the test sequence at any time during this 
period by pressing the START/STOP button. 

 

 

Please wait…

 - This message appears while the current is 

ramping down to zero. The user must not take any action 
until the test sequence finishes. The reason could be that 
the test time has expired or has been interrupted by the 
user.
