Réglage du parallélisme kit de remorquage
Mat moteur (FUNBI127)
Assembler le mat sur le châssis (FUNBI129).
Serrer les deux vis d’assemblage, la vis de
serrage et son contre-écrou. Rebrancher
les fils de batteries et l’interrupteur
Général (voir schéma).
Cette jonction
sera à contrôler régulièrement dans la
vie de votre Funflyer.
Cage (FUNBI151C)
Assembler les deux demi-cages sur le mat.
Verrouiller en partie haute avec le cliquet
(W109). Verrouiller sur le mat à l’aide des
deux goupilles (W112).
Effectuer la tension du filet. Pour cela enrou-
ler d’un coté la suspente sur 4 tour autour de
l’entretoise (FUN142) en la prenant au milieu
de l’anneau double (FUN107)et placer l’an-
neau FUN130 de l’autre coté de la patte de
fixation également sur l’entretoise (FUN142).
Passer de l’autre coté du Funflyer Bi. Saisis-
sez la suspente au milieu de l’anneau double
(FUN107), passer là autour de l’entretoise
(FUN142) et tendre au maximum la suspente
par l’intermédiaire de l’anneau (FUN130).
Tout en maintenant la tension, enrouler sur un
maximum de tour la suspente autour de cette
même entretoise et verrouiller le filet en
plaçant l’anneau de l’autre coté de la patte
de fixation également sur l’entretoise
(FUN142).
Si le filet manque de tension, recommencer
la dernière opération sur la première partie
de filet tendue.
Arceau (FUNBI102D & G)
Les arceaux viennent se loger en partie
haute dans le mat moteur (FUNBI127) et en
partie basse sur le timon avant (FUNBI212)
sous le siège passager. Des rivets de posi-
tionnement sont fixés sur l’arceau et ces ri-
vets doivent arriver à fleur de l’emmanche-
ment mat et timon avant.

Engine mast (FUNBI127)
Assemble the mast on the low chassis frame
(FUNBI129). Tight the 2 assembly screw and
the blocking screw for engine mast and it’s
nut. Connect the battery cable and the
main switch wires (see drawing).
This
junction need to be check many times in
the « life » of your Funflyer.
Cage (FUNBI151C)
Assemble the 2 half cages part on the engine
mast. Lock the upper fixation with the pawl
(W109). Lick definitly on the engine mast
with the 2 pins (W112).
Do the tension of the net; Make 4 roll on one
side ro the line all around the strut(FUN142).
For that, take the line in the middle of the
twice ring (FUN107). After, put the ring
FUN130 on the second strut (FUN142) loca-
ted on the opposite side of the fixation.
Go on the other side of the Funflyer Bi. Take
the line in the middle of the twice ring
(FUN107), put it around the strut (FUN142)
and make a strong tension on the line by the
way of the ring FUN130. Maintain the ten-
sion and rolled a maximum turns all around
this strut and placed the ring FUN140 on the
strut FUN142 located on the opposite side of
the fixation.
If the net isn’t tight enough, do the tension
again on the side of the cage you do first.
Riser Bar (FUNBI102D&G)
The riser bars are fixed on upper parts to the
engine mast (FUNBI127) and on lower part
to the tandem draw bar (FUNBI212) under
the passenger seat. One rivet is fixed on each
side of each riser bar for an easy pre-flight
check. It need to be at the beginning of engi-
ne mast and tandem draw bar.
