Example:
028A0708
= 650° to 1800°
Read
temperature
subrange
<AAXn>me
Reports the currently set temperature
measurement subrange for the sensor head.
The reported value represents the temperature
subrange in the selected temperature scale
(Celsius or Fahrenheit).
Value is 8-character hexadecimal:
XXXXYYYY
XXXX
= Start of the temperature subrange
YYYY
= End of the temperature subrange
Example:
044C05DC
= 1100° to 1500°
Set temperature
subrange
<AAXn>m1<VAL>
“1” is numeric.
Sets a new temperature measurement subrange
for the sensor head. The set value represents
the new temperature subrange in the selected
temperature scale (Celsius or Fahrenheit).
Value is 8-character hexadecimal:
XXXXYYYY
XXXX
= Start of the new temperature
subrange

Important
The minimum span is 51°C (92°F).
Example:
01A10096015E
= 150° to 350° for
the sensor head with address 1 connected to the
converter box with address 1.
Response time
(t
90
)
<AAXn>ez<VAL>
Sets the response time for the sensor head.
Valid values for IN 600 and IN 600/5:
0 = Intrinsic time constant of the pyrometer
(180 ms)
1 = 0.5 s
