Data
Used to control the inverting of the DTE data. This inversion can be
useful when operating with an HDLC protocol. This is often used
as a means to ensure ones (1s) density. ESU LTs on both ends of the
circuit must have this option configured the same way. This option
is ignored in unframed mode.
