Diode Leak Current Measurement
Installing the test box
4. Place the test box on the mount section of the 12701A.
5. Tighten the two thumb screws.
Connecting the relay terminals with the test box
6. Prepare the 2x2 dia.-1 dia. coaxial cable connection lead
(A01228-15).
Connect the tip of the connection lead to the relay terminal
FORCE/SENSE DG 1. Connect the relay terminal FORCE/SENSE
HI 1 and the test box 1 using the connection lead.
7. Prepare the 2 dia.-2 dia. connection lead (A01215-15).
Connect the TEST BOX GUARD onto the plug where the
connection lead (A01228-15) is connected to the relay terminal
FORCE/SENSE DG 1, using the connection lead (A01215-15).
8. Prepare the 2 dia.-1 dia. connection lead (A01214-20).
Connect the relay terminal FORCE/SENSE HI 2 and the test box 3
The cables have been connected as shown in Figure 3-13 and Figure
3-14.
