A.1 Test Box (Socket)

This section describes the model and features of the test boxes to be mounted on the 12701A.

Axial lead type diode or resistance measurement

socket

Maximum lead diameter up to 1.1 mm (Kelvin

connection method).

Two types of samples connectable.

The test box A04501 requires the 2 dia.-1 dia. connection lead when connecting with the relay

terminals.
