Diode Leak Current Measurement
3.3 Diode Leak Current Measurement
This section describes the procedure of implementing 2-wire connection diode leak current
measurement using the 6245 DC voltage current source/monitor.
Connecting the 12701A with the 6245
1. Ground the 12701A and the 6245.
2. Connect the LID SIGNAL of the 12701A and the INTERLOCK of
the 6245 using the BNC-BNC cable (A01036).
3. Connect the FORCE/SENSE 1 of the 12701A and the HI OUTPUT
of the 6245 using the TRIAX-TRIAX cable (A01009).
4. Connect the FORCE/SENSE 3 of the 12701A and the LO SENSE of
the 6245 using the TRIAX-TRIAX cable (A01009).
