Once a line is placed In Service under the HXU Configuration Management menu, its provisioning
cannot be changed. To reprovision a line, place it in maintenance mode (Unequipped and
Out-of-Service). This does not affect changing DS1 parameters under the HLU Maintenance
Terminal menu.
