To run the “record exit” option, click the "Record Exit Times" check box. This will record the time that an employee left the
area. To record an exit, swipe the badge but do not press the combo tester button. It is permissible for the next person to
swipe their card before the test window clears the screen. The test window time delay can be set in the General
Configuration window. To view the entrance and exit times in a report, use either the "Daily" report or the "Individual"
report. (The "View Entire Log" report shows what was originally recorded in the log.txt file, so will display the entrance and
exit times on separate lines)
If it is desired to know which station a test was conducted from, then enter a station ID in the “StationID” box. This
parameter can then be added to the remote data base test log. Use an ID such as A01 where A is the facility, and 01 is the
station number at that facility.
The background color of the "Scan your badge" window can be set with the "color" parameter. Setting it blank or 0 will
default to a light blue color. It can be set to any color by setting to BBGGRR where BB is the color blue hex number value
0-ff, GG is the color green hex number value 0-ff, and RR is the color red hex number value 0-ff. For example FF0000 is
bright blue, 00FF00 is bright green, 0000FF is bright red, 00FFFF is yellow since red light and green light appears yellow.
Setting it to 8000000F will default to the system button color.
The ACL title form can be hidden on boot by checking the “Hide title form on boot” check box.
If wrist straps are not measured, they can be excluded from some reports by checking the “Disable wrist in reports*” box.
These reports include: Entire log, Daily Log, Individual Log, and the Monthly report.
If left foot straps are not measured, they can be excluded from some reports by checking the “Disable left foot in reports*”
box. These reports include: Entire log, Daily Log, Individual Log, and the Monthly report.
If right foot straps are not measured, they can be excluded from some reports by checking the “Disable right foot in
reports*” box. These reports include: Entire log, Daily Log, Individual Log, and the Monthly report.
If 12 hour time format (ie AM and PM) is desired, it can be viewed in some reports by check the “Use 12 hour format in
reports*”. These reports include: Entire log, Daily Log, Individual Log, and the Monthly report.
