Removing the Processor Heatsink and Fan

Follow these steps to remove the processor heatsink and fan:

Insert a flat-type screwdriver into one of the wide clip ends of the processor
heatsink and fan.

Push the clip end to release clip from the processor.

Figure 2-14 Releasing the Clip

Repeat steps 1 and 2 to release the other clip.
