(68-pin) SCSI devices and narrow (50-pin)
SCSI devices, termination must be set to
allow each section of the SCSI bus to be
terminated. The narrow device in this
system is terminated, causing the LOW byte
on the motherboard to be turned off. On the
other end, the back panel terminates both
bytes.

After selecting

F6

to reset all settings to the

SCSI controller defaults, the setting for ‘Host
Adapter SCSI Termination’ will be

Enabled

.

You must change the setting back to

Disabled

to meet the conditions described

above.
