NOTICE
• The valve of the shielding gas cylinder must be closed when the gas hose is installed.
• To ensure a tight connection between shielding gas hose and connection, the nut must be tightened
completely using a spanner.
NOTICE
• Applies to liquid-cooled welding torches only.
• Please also consult the operating instructions for the welding components, such as welding torch and
power source.
• Make sure that the coolant supply and return have been installed properly. Coolant supply = blue,
coolant return = red.
• Do not use deionized or demineralised water as coolant or for tightness and flow tests. This may
impair the useful life of your welding torch.
• For liquid-cooled welding torches, we recommend using the
ABICOR BINZEL
coolant of the
BTC series.
