2 Product Description
2.1 Designated use
The
ABIDRIVE CW
has been designed for delivering welding filler materials in TIG welding processes. Any
use beyond that is prohibited. Designated use also includes the observance of the prescribed operating,
maintenance and servicing instructions.
2.2 Usage not in accordance with the intended purpose
Any use other than that described under "Designated Use" is considered contrary to the designated use.
Unauthorised conversions or power increase modifications are not allowed.
2.3 Technical Data
The
ABIDRIVE CW
is part of a welding system. The wire required for TIG welding is delivered through the
cable assembly
and to the manual welding torch
.
The wire is fed constantly to the TIG arc via a four-roll drive. The TIG arc is produced by an ABITIG manual
welding torch
and an inverter power source
The components required for welding, such as welding current, shielding gas and coolant, are connected to
the
ABIDRIVE CW
as required. The required welding wire depends on the material to welded and is
taken from the integrated wire spool.
