9.5 Heater

Heater is used for prevention of conden-
sation, corrosion and leakage currents in
Bypass-Isolation Automatic Transfer
Switch cabinet.

Heater and thermostat package are avail-
able as accessory. When ordered, it is in-
stalled in working order at the factory.

The thermostat is set to 10 °C (50 °F).

Operation: When temperature in cabinet
drops below thermostat setpoint, heater

is turned "ON". When temperature is
above set point, heater turns "OFF".

Thermostat is factory set at 10°C (50°F)
