5.3. Cabinet mounting instructions
Recommended order of the mounting process:
1.
Drill the mounting holes in the floor
2.
Cut the holes and ducts for the control cables, if connections are made from the
bottom. It is necessary to provide sufficient depth for the cable duct underneath the
cabinet.
3.
Carefully lift the cabinet to the mounting position.
4.
Fix the cabinet to the floor with all of the mounting holes.
5.
Floor fixings are not part of the delivery.
NOTE – Recommended size of bolts and washers: M16 (⅝”)
IMPORTANT!
The base frame of the cabinet has a sealed base plate. In case of a water
leakage inside the converter, the whole base frame is used as a water container.
5.4. Concluding work
5.4.1. Damage to paintwork
If any damage to paintwork has occurred during transport and installation, the damaged
spots must be touched up before commissioning the equipment.
– Only polyurethane paints may be used for touching up damaged paintwork, since only
these are guaranteed to adhere properly to the original coatings.
– Small chips and scratches can be touched up using a fine-haired brush.
5.4.2. Final work
1.
Remove all foreign objects, such as tools, packing materials or cable leftovers from the
cabinets.
2.
Check all busbar and frame connections of the joined transport units.

when the PCS6000 is powered up.
▶ When mounting the PCS6000 ensure that no dirt enters.
NOTICE
Risk of component damage.
▶ If desiccant bags are supplied with the cabinets, DO NOT remove the bags until
commissioning starts.
