Setting up Power Quality Notifications

The menu item “778 PQ Events” under the Email service menu is used to configure and test the PQ event email

notifications.

Set up Instructions

Select the menu “7780 Email address” and enter the destination email address for the notification to be

sent to.

Select the menu “7783 Enable” and set it to true.

10.4.2.4

Testing Set Up

To test the

notification service, select the menu “7782 Force Email” the set to true. This will attempt to send out

an email using the email server settings and the email address entered in “7780 Email address”. It is necessary to

allow up to two minutes for the email to be sent.
