Startup Mode
Startup begins as soon as power is supplied or after a restart/first start, and ends
when the system enters Normal Mode. The LED combination patterns 1...9 indicate
the individual startup phases in chronological order and also serve as a progress in-
dicator.

Combination patterns during startup
The startup phase is now completed and the system switches to Normal Mode. The
pilot key now accepts inputs; the terminal displays are visible shortly thereafter.
Thorough RAM test
To carry out a thorough RAM test during startup, press the pilot key briefly (SC) dur-
ing the orange LED test (pattern 2). Pattern 10 is displayed during the thorough
RAM test instead of pattern 4.
