The squatt function
This function is used to momentarily recover the features and programming on your phone
to use them on another phone.
Important note: Before activating the squatt function, you must have customised
your secret code
(
see chapter § “Customising the password”, page 45
).
Without previ-
ous customisation, the function is rejected.
On the phone used temporarily:
1 - Pick up the handset or pressr
2 - Press successively the following keys:
* 4 9
3 - Enter the number of the phone the features of which you want
to restore.
4 - Enter your secret code.
You can access the various features associated to your phone
number.
-> Examples:
- You can change the programming of your call forwarding.
- You can access your personal abbreviated numbers.
- To notify a contact from this temporary phone, the
proposed messages are personalised with your identity.
Identity presentation function

When you dial a number after picking up the receiver or after pressing the green key, you
can select the identity shown to the correspondent you are calling
.
You can choose be-
tween the company number, the extension number or no number.
After you have dialled the external access code,
1 - Press the
Option
Fox key,
-> three types of identities are displayed: Extens. - Company -
None*.
2 - Select the option corresponding to your choice (e.g.
Company
) and validate.
You can now dial the other correspondent’s number.
Note:
the choice you have made only applies to the call that fol-
lows. When no choice is defined, the identity shown is the one
programmed by the system operator.
