Defining call forwarding to the mailbox
You can also specify other forwarding options than those defined by default for the
key: For example, forward on no answer or forward of calls from a specific origin.
To define another type of forwarding by selecting the voice mailbox as forward destination,
refer to the following chapter: “Forwarding a call”, page 29. This key can also be defined
by means of other types of programming.
Calling up new messages
When a message has been left in your voice mailbox, the LED on the top right-hand side
lights up and the
symbol is shown on the first screen line.
1 - Pick up your handset to seize the line and then press the
V.Mail
Fox key.
Note:
• You can also access the voicemail by the Menu key selecting
the Voicemail option.
• You can also use a key programmed with the number of your
voice mailbox.
Depending on the programming performed by the system
administrator, or voicemail type, there may be various ways to
access your voice messages:
• entering an access code first,
• broadcasting from a welcome menu,
• or accessing directly the messages left in the order defined by
the administrator.
