Voicemail
The voicemail system helps you to manage your calls when you are absent or simply when
you do not want to be disturbed. For the messaging system to be able to record your mes-
sages, you must configure and personalise your voice mailbox, then forward your calls.
Configuring and customising your voice mailbox

You must call the voicemail system to access the menus to configure and personalize your
voice mailbox.
• Enter the voicemail number:

• You can also seize the line and then press the
VoiceMail
Fox
key.
• The mailbox can also be called up by selecting the
Voice Mail
option from the menu.
-> A voice prompt welcomes you and gives the different
commands to access the main menu.
We recommend that you do the following straight away:
- personalize your access code,
- record your name,
- record your greeting message.
If required, contact your system operator for additional
information on using the voicemail system.
Activating the forwarding of calls to the voice mailbox
The default configuration allows you to conveniently activate the immediate forwarding of
all calls to the voice mailbox by pressing
. The indicator associated with the key
lights up and all your calls are automatically forwarded to the voice mailbox. The symbol
is displayed on the first line of the screen.
To cancel a forward, simply press
again. The related indicator goes off. You
will be able to receive your calls directly again.
