During the call

Using the group listening mode

The group listening mode allows you to listen to a contact via the loudspeaker, while the 
handset is picked up, in order to enable other persons to listen to the call as well.
You continue to talk via the microphone of the handset.

During the call:

• Press the speaker key.

   -> The group listening option is activated   and displayed on 
screen.

To deactivate the group listening mode:

• Press the speaker key.

   -> Group listening is deactivated.

Using the mute function

The call is phone up with a party and you want to have a confidential conversation without 
the party being able to hear it.

To deactivate the microphone:

• Press the microphone key.

->   The microphone is deactivated and the   symbol is shown 

in the first line of the screen.

To reactivate the microphone :

• Press the microphone key again.

-> The   symbol is no longer displayed, which means that your 

contact can hear you again.

Placing a party on hold and resuming the call on the same phone

The call is set up with a party and you want to put it on hold to resume it later on the same 
phone.

1st method:

1 - Press the 

Enquiry

 

Fox key.

-> Your other party is put on hold and hears an audible signal.

2 - To resume a call which was put on hold, press the 

Recover

 

Fox key.
