To activate forwarding:
You want to activate forwarding of your calls.
• Press the programmed key.
Depending on the programming of the key, you are prompted to
enter the phone number.
-> The forwarding function is activated and the key lights up.
Furthermore, the
symbol appears in the first line of the idle
screen.
To deactivate forwarding:
You want to deactivate the forwarding of your calls.
• Press the programmed key.
-> The forwarding function is deactivated and the key goes off.
The
symbol no longer appears on the idle screen.
Overriding the call forwarding function

You are trying to reach a party and you know that his phone is forwarded. You can force
this forwarding and ring the desired phone.
1 - Press successively the following keys:

2 - Next, enter the desired extension number.
Note:
This function is subject to a right; contact the system oper-
ator.
If you are authorised to use the assistant forwarding function (this function is subject to a
right), you can also force a forward and ring the desired phone as follows:

2 - Enter the desired extension number.
Note:
A user authorised for assistant forwarding can thus join his
party by *29 as well as by *28; contact the system operator.
