5. Installing the mechanical unit to the upper case

Check the insulation of the 2nd beam
unit (the mechanical unit alone).
Measure with a multimeter the
resistance between one end of the
force coil and the frame. Confirm that
the measured value is the same as
that of when the electrodes of the
multimeter are open. Make the
confirmation before connecting the
J10 connector. If it is connected, the
resistance can become around
2.2

Secure the mechanical sensor unit to
the upper case(Allen head screw with
coned disk spring M5 x10, 2pcs).
