Confirm the rating and connection of 
the load cell.

Voltage at zero point calibration 
exceeds in the negative direction.

The value of the calibration weight 
exceeds the rated capacity. 

Use a proper calibration weight.

The value of the calibration weight 
is less than the minimum division.

The load cell sensitivity is 
insufficient. 

Confirm the load cell connection.   
Use a proper calibration weight.

Voltage at span calibration is less
