It is a module designed to supply a single fixed 12V voltage and keep them stable regardless of the load or type of power
supply.
The ports are isolated from the entry rail and other modules, but not from each other.
24V
It is a module designed to supply a single fixed voltage at 24V, and keep them stable regardless of the load or type of
power supply.
The ports are isolated from the entry rail and other modules, but not from each other.
General Purpose Input/Outpu GPIO
GPIO is a hardware interface that allows microprocessors to interact with another external device.
This pin group is controlled by the NCore device software.
All pins share the same power supply, so pay attention to possible polarity / ground reference conflicts.
The status of the pins is not persistent, therefore in case of hardware restart or firmware update they could lose the status,
to reacquire it after restart / update is completed.
Below is the detail on how to use them:
Output pins: A2 ~ A5
GND pins: A1 and A6
Use pins A2 to A5 and GND: pins A1 and A6, as a reference when connecting to other devices. This voltage is isolated from
the power supply and internal logic.
The maximum output voltage is 5V. The current is internally limited to a value of 10 mA.
Input pins: B1 ~ B5
GND pins: B1 and B6
Connects pins B1 to B5 to pins GND: B1 and B6, through a controlled switch (transistor, mosfet, relay). It is not necessary to
limit the current, it is already internally limited.
It is not necessary to power the circuit, it is already connected and internally isolated to the +5V supplied.
To ensure correct operation, limit the voltage drop on the chosen interruptor to 1V max; select a switch that resists up to
at least 6V.
Integrated relays:
Relay 1: Pins from C1 to C3
Contact Function
C1 NC relay 1
C2 Common relay 1
C3 NO relay 1
Relay 2: Pins from C4 to C6
Contact Function
C4 NO relay 1
C5 Common relay 1
C6 NO relay 1
These relays are independent and isolated from each other.
The current rating of the relays is: 3A @ 250V.
