IMPORTANT NOTE: If the internal thermistor is to be used, the external one must not be connected. It could cause the
battery management module to malfunction. The temperature value shown on the web interface is always the one
measured on the internal PCB (not on the external thermistor even if the latter has been selected).
Start button
As can be seen in the image, the NCore is equipped with a small start button (START) that is used only when it is necessary
for the NCore to be started by the battery management module, that is, without the use of the power supply modules.
CMD Control module
If the CMD module is connected, the NCore provides Wi-Fi and Ethernet connection. This module is also hot swappable,
but network and access settings are not automatically copied to the new module.
Communication with the network and control of the system are two independent functions entrusted to two different
controllers. If communication between the NCore and the network is interrupted or if a software update is in progress, the
system will continue working. The NCore can also work without the CMD module, but you will not be able to count on the
benefits of remote management.
The CMD controller mainly manages the communication between NCore and the network, and in particular:
 Acquires sensor data and makes it available to the different interfaces.
 Generates Wi-Fi signal for connection. It is also possible to use the NCore as a Wi-Fi router, enabling the NAT
option from the interface and configuring the Ethernet interface as WAN.
Label
This module will have a label attached, with relevant information for the remote connection.
