Power on
Two different power sources can be used to power the device:
From power supplies
o
When voltage is supplied to the power supplies, the NCore is activated.
o
It is possible to check its correct operation by means of the pair of green LEDs lit and fixed on the front
grille of the power supply.
From the battery
o
In the case of battery starting, the procedure is not automatic for safety reasons: once the battery is
connected and the switch activated, the START button must be pressed for one second.
ATTENTION: The surface of the NCore can be very hot to the touch.
Physical interface
To allow a quick display of the status of each module, the front LEDs are used.
The coding varies from one module to another and for each one it is reported in the following paragraphs.
OPT push button
The OPT button has been configured which, depending on how long we keep it pressed, does the following:
Seconds

Turn on / off Wi-Fi
from 25 to 50
Reset the configuration (*)

(*) resets the user to the default settings, not the IP address.

Base unit
For the overall status of the NCore, consider the first 3 LEDs arranged vertically to the left of the front.
