Remove Fresnel Lens and Polarization Filter
To avoid electrical shocks, unplug projector
power cord before performing any maintenance
to electrical components.
To avoid burns to fingers, allow projector lamp
and internal projector components to cool off prior
to lamp removal or disassembly.
Remove the lens cover and top cover.
1.
Remove one (1) screw to remove the light cover from
the LCD assembly.
2.
Remove three (3) screws to remove the LCD bracket
from the LCD assembly.
3.
Remove the front and rear fresnel lens by pulling
straight up. Handle each fresnel lens with extreme
care.
4.
Lift out the polarization filter. [the glass component
between lamp side fresnel lens and LCD].

Note
When installing a new polarization filter, remember to
remove the protective film on the filter side, and reinsert
the polarization filter with the blackline (coated side)
facing the LCD.
5.
Reassemble in reverse order.
