4 Operating the Main Unit
2. For the recipient blocks (

) click the button next to the image of the specific block pairs.
Depending on the donor block tray that you want to rotate to inserting position, click the tray
ID:

). Alternatively, if the new view is activated, click
Insert Block

) on the Unused
Block(s) panel if you want to insert a new recipient block, and click
Insert

) at the donor
panel to insert new donor block into the donor block tray selected automatically by the
software.
3. The donor/recipient block holder cylinder turns to the loading position with its appropriate
side. The ID of the corresponding tray is marked with green, also the slot is lit for easier
identification.
4. The door opener button turns green (button status is shown at the right side of the main
toolbar). The light pulsates for about 10 seconds and it is possible to open the door within
this time frame (countdown is displayed in place of the
button).
5. Push the door opener button to open the door.
6. Press down the flap in front of the block slot.
7. Slide the block into position with the slanted side towards the back of the machine.
8. Release the flap when the block is in position.
9. Close the door.
10. The column turns into the next position, the height of the inserted block is measured (also,
the presence of the block is checked). These data are saved for later use (for drilling,
punching operations, and depth of insertion) and based on the measurements, the software
calculates the distance of the objective from the surface of the recipient block in order to
take an accurate photo of it.
11. Follow the steps 1-9 if you want to insert additional blocks into other trays. If the cylinder is
at the proper position, it is not necessary to the click the tray ID then the
button.
