Replying to a Message

Replying to a
Message

You can send a reply to a voice mail message, provided that the NBX
system has received the necessary caller ID information.

If you receive a message that is marked Private, you can reply to the
originator, but you cannot forward the message to others.

To reply to a message after you listen to it:

Press

If the message has been sent to more than one person, press

to reply

only to the sender or press

to reply to all of the recipients.

After the tone, record your reply.

Hang up, or press for more options.

If you press , press one of these buttons:
