This behavior can apply only in output direction of an interface or ATM PVC.

The same traffic behavior must use the same standard to configure queue ef
and queue af , either bandwidth or percentage.

Under the same traffic behavior, queue ef , queue af and queue wfq cannot
be used at the same time.

Configuring EF and maximum bandwidth
Follow these steps to configure EF and maximum bandwidth

The command can not be used together with queue af , queue-length , and
wred in traffic behavior view.
The behavior including EF cannot be associated with the default-class.
The same traffic behavior must use the same standard to configure queue ef and
queue af , either bandwidth or percentage.
The traffic behavior configured with ef queue cannot be associated with the
default class.
