Troubleshooting Application Upgrade

Response Failure of the MPU Serial Port

Symptom

The MPU serial port gives no response.

Solution

Check that the cable is in good condition and the serial port settings are correct (bits per second is 9600

bps).

For more information about serial port settings, refer to the section talking about modifying serial

interface parameters in Chapter 6 “Maintaining Software.”

Troubleshooting TFTP Upgrading

Symptom

During application file upgrading through TFTP, the following problems are encountered:
