If the problem continues, contact the vendor.
I can see the Login screen, but I cannot log in to the WAH7130.

Make sure you have entered the password correctly. The default password is 1234 . This field is
case-sensitive, so make sure [Caps Lock] is not on.

This can happen when you fail to log out properly from your last session. Try logging in again after
5 minutes.

Turn off and turn on the WAH7130 to restart it.

If this does not work, you have to reset the device to its factory defaults. See Section 1.5 on page
12 .
11.4 Internet Access
I cannot access the Internet.

Make sure the LED is behaving as expected. See the Quick Start Guide.

Make sure your mobile access information (such as APN) is entered correctly in the WAN screen.
These fields are case-sensitive, so make sure [Caps Lock] is not on.

Make sure the WAH7130 is working in normal mode. See Section 1.6 on page 13 for how to wake
up the WAH7130.

Make sure your SIM card’s account is valid and has an active data plan. Check your service contract
or contact your service provider directly.

Make sure your computer or wireless device is successfully connected to the WAH7130 via Wi-Fi.

If the problem continues, contact your ISP.
I cannot access the Internet anymore. I had access to the Internet (with the WAH7130), but
my Internet connection is not available anymore.

Reboot the WAH7130.
