4.5 Data Plan Screen
Use this screen to enable mobile data usage control and set a monthly data limit. Click Network >
WAN > Data Plan from the Configuration menu.

The following table describes the labels in this screen.
Authentication The WAH7130 supports PAP (Password Authentication Protocol) and CHAP (Challenge
Handshake Authentication Protocol). CHAP is more secure than PAP; however, PAP is
readily available on more platforms.
Select an authentication protocol ( CHAP or PAP ) or NONE . Contact your service
provider for the correct authentication type.
Username Type the user name (of up to 31 printable ASCII characters) given to you by your
service provider.
Password Type the password (of up to 31 printable ASCII characters) associated with the user
name above.
Apply Click Apply to save your changes back to the WAH7130.
Cancel Click Cancel to begin configuring this screen afresh.

Data Usage
Sent/Received This shows how much downstream and/or upstream data (in Mega bytes) are
transmitted via the mobile data connection.
Reset Click this to update the data usage statistics.
Last Reset Date This is the date in which the statistics were last reset.
