Encapsulation

The Prestige supports PPPoA (RFC 2364 - PPP over ATM Adaptation Layer 5), RFC 1483 
encapsulation over ATM, MAC encapsulated routing (ENET encapsulation) as well as PPP 
over Ethernet (RFC 2516).
