Modes of Operation
The Zypcom L-Series modems incorporate the CL-
MD3450 DSP chipset from Cirrus Logic. The Cirrus
Logic chipset uses special AT commands to control the
modem's advanced features of data mode and fax mode.
Each mode has its own AT command set. Data mode
uses the Hayes AT command set. Fax mode uses
commands specified in EIA-578.
