7. Thresher settings
Table thresher settings
7.1. Checking the threshing result
After starting threshing, visually inspect the threshing result and check the settings if neces-
sary.
7.2. Changing round hole sieves
1. Undo the two knurled bolts for the dust
plate (see 7.7).
2. Remove the dust plate.
3. Undo the clamping nuts (Fig. 7.1) on both
round hole sieves.
4. Remove the sieves.
5. Fit the new sieves.
6. Evenly tighten the clamping nuts for the
sieves.
7. Fit the dust plate.
8. Evenly tighten the knurled bolts for the
dust plate.
7.3. Setting threshing cylinder speed
To set the speed the combine’s engine must be started!
The speed of the threshing cylinder is set using the rocker switch on the dashboard
The speed set can be read on the speed display (see 3.2).
The engine must be shutdown and the ignition key removed during all adjust-
ments.
