The wear parts that the manufacturer excludes from the guarantee include the following:

Consequences of warranty claims
If a warranty claim occurs within 14 days, the customer has the right to return the product free of
charge for a full refund of the purchase price. Optionally, the customer is entitled to a remedy of the
defect in the form of a repair or a replacement of the defective component.
After the expiry of these 14 days but still within the first 6 months from the date of purchase, the
customer is entitled to a remedy of the defect in the form of a repair or a replacement of the defec-
tive component.
Service and preventive maintenance
Please note that you are only entitled to the manufacturer's warranty if you
observe the service intervals and have the preventive maintenance carried
out.
The customer is responsible for observing the service intervals and having the preventive mainte-
nance carried out (see 21 Unpacking and assembly on p. 7).
Any service and maintenance work must be carried out by a suitably qualified person. Please have all
service and maintenance work documented with signature in your service booklet that you will find
under 21 Care and maintenance of your bike / Service booklet on p. 66.
On a pedelec, the service must be carried out at least once a year.

First service: After the first 350 km or after the first three months

Second service: After the first 800 km or after the first six months

Thereafter: Once a year for a complete check-up
