BROWSING THE INTERNET

Browsing the Internet

Your phone has two options for Internet access . Use Browser or Google

Chrome to view web pages and search for information .

Using Google Chrome

Chrome on your Z777 can sync bookmarks, browsing history, and opened

tabs from your Google account .
1 . From the home screen, tap .
2 . Read the terms of service and tap

Accept and Continue

3 . You can choose to sign in to Chrome to sync it with your open tabs,

bookmarks, and your computer . If you choose

No thanks

, you can sign in

later via the

menu .

4 . To enter a URL, tap the web address bar, enter an address, and tap

5 . Scroll to navigate and tap links to open them . Use a pinching gesture

to zoom out . Spread your fingers apart to zoom in . Tap

Using the browser

From the home screen, tap > . The last web page you were viewing

will be displayed . If you have not used Browser recently, your home page

Browser also opens when you tap a web link—for example, in an email or a

text message .

Opening a web page or searching the web

2 . Tap the address box at the top of the web page . If the address box isn’t

visible, scroll to the top of the web page .

3 . Enter the address (URL) of a web page . Or, enter terms you want to search

for . You can also tap to search by voice .

4 . Tap a URL or search suggestion, or tap

on the keyboard to open the

web page or search results .
