Set command selects which types of CBMs are to be received by the ME.
Test command returns supported modes as a compound value.

<mode>:
0 message types specified in <mids> and <dcss> are accepted
1 message types specified in <mids> and <dcss> are not accepted
<mids>: string type; all different possible combinations of CBM message
identifiers (refer <mid>) (default is
empty string); e.g. "0,1,5,320-478,922"
<dcss>: string type; all different possible combinations of CBM data coding
schemes (refer <dcs>) (default is
empty string); e.g. "0-3,5"
6.13 +CSMP Set Text Mode Parameters
Description
Set command is used to select values for additional parameters needed when
SM is sent to the network or placed in a
storage when text format message mode is selected. It is possible to set the
validity period starting from when the SM is
received by the SMSC (<vp> is in range 0... 255) or define the absolute time of
the validity period termination (<vp>
is a string). The format of <vp> is given by <fo>. If TA supports the enhanced
validity period format ($(EVPF)$, see
GSM 03.40), it shall be given as a hexadecimal coded string (refer e.g. <pdu>)
with double quotes.
