COMPONENT
PROCEDURE:
●
Headlight bracket assembly
Remove the bolt
⑴
in the middle of the bottom of the headlamp with 4# hex, remove the bushing
⑵
and
buffer rubber
⑶
. Remove the 2 bolts
⑴
and remove the headlamp lower bracket. Remove 2 splint nuts from
the bottom of the lamp.
Remove the bolts on both sides of the bracket

of the headlamp with 4# hex. Remove the 2 bolts with the
10# sleeve, remove the bushing

. Remove the headlamp bracket assembly. Remove 2 pieces of buffer
rubber

from the upper headlamp bracket

Separate the headlight

, the hood assembly and the upper the turn signal assembly.
Separate the left decoration assembly, right decoration assembly and hood. Remove the spint nut

from
left decoration

and right decoration

respectively.
CAUTION:

Protect protective measures to prevent scratching the lampshade or paint finish.
●
The headlights use imported LED light sources. It is recommended not to change the internal structure of
the headlights. It is forbidden to destroy the sealing structure of the headlights, prevent water mist from
forming inside the lamps and affect driving safety.
