• Dismantle the bolts 16x300, washers and R-
splints from the cover.
• Attach the cover to the clamp from outer side
and align the holes.
• Insert the pins 16x300 through the holes, put
on the washers and fix with R-splints.
8. Optional: Assembly pallet forks
The pallet forks are connected to the dozer, which
can transport, load and unload various materials
with pallets.
• Stop the machine and lower the bucket to the
ground.
• Lightly loosen the M10x40 bolts and nuts
mounted on the pallet forks.
• Lift the dozer slightly and hook the two pallet
forks onto it.
• For fixation, tighten the bolts again.

14.3 Pre-operation check
NOTE: Only carry out maintenance work on the machine when the engine is stopped and the machine
is standing on level ground. The safety devices must be in the "locked" position.
Before operating the machine or starting the engine, check the following points:
• Check fuel tank level
• Check engine oil level
• Check hydraulic oil level
• Check air filter for contamination
• Check hour meter
• Check light system
15 OPERATION
Only operate the machine when it is in a perfect condition. Before each operation, a visual inspection of
the machine must be carried out. Safety devices and operating elements must be checked carefully.
Check screw connections for damage and tight fit.
