Instrument Startup and Operation
5.1
Preparation
Biohazard:
Always wear appropriate gloves, a mask, and safety goggles before, during and
after the operation of the instrument, as some reagents used with the MagPurix 24 EVO
System may be hazardous or may become hazardous after completion of the processed
protocols and/or some samples used with this instrument may contain infectious agents.
Caution:
Before start operating the instrument, put on appropriate gloves, a mask, and
safety goggles, if required by the operation. Be careful not to contaminate the sample
material with sweat, saliva, etc., during preparation of samples for the use with the
instrument.
The following items are required for operating the MagPurix 24 EVO System:
Gloves
Mask
Safety goggles
For performing DNA/RNA extraction only:
