Be sure to add samples to the 
tubes  prior  to  starting  the 
protocol.  To  ensure  proper 
mixing  of  reagents  and 
prevent  bubble  formation 
during  mixing,  make  sure  the 
sample  volume  is  at  least  at 
the  recommended  volume 
listed in the resp. extraction kit 
handbook. 

Clumping  of  beads/  problem 
with  magnetic  separation  of 
beads.
