Al. pause time1
Alarm pause time 1
Alarm pause time for horn and telephone on acknowledgement of the fault.
If there is a fault (e.g. overtemperature in cot 1), a message is given by the alarm horn
and
fl
ashing light and after an adjustable time delay also via the relay contact for the
telephone dialling device.
At alarm con
fi
rmation = acknowledgement by brie
fl
y turning the switch to
“
Horn OFF
”
or
alternatively via PIN 6969 the alarm message via horn and telephone dialling device is
switched off for the adjustable time span
“
alarm pause time
”
.
The signal by the
fl
ashing light remains active for as long as the fault exists. If the fault
still exists after the end of the
“
alarm pause time
”
a new alarm is signalled by horn and
telephone.
If the fault is repaired within the
“
alarm pause time
”
(e.g. reduction of the cot temperature
at
“
alarm overtemperature
”
) the signal by the
fl
ashing light is switched off and no new
alarm is given by horn and telephone.
Factory setting: 15 min
Setting range: 0...250 min
In the as-delivered state (factory setting), this setting applies to all malfunctions leading to
an alarm message. I.e. all alarm messages are allocated to the alarm group 1 with
“
Al.
pause time1
”
.
For messages via digital inputs, it is possible to set deviating pause times. For this
purpose, these inputs must be allocated to alarm groups with a separate setting for the
pause times (see "Alarm pause time 2..5").
Al. pause time2
Alarm pause time 2...5
Alarm pause times of the alarm groups 2..5 for digital inputs (D1...D5). In this way, e.g.
alarm messages with lower priority can be suppressed for a longer period.
Allocation to alarm groups, see chapter "Function of digital inputs".

Horn alarm time
Horn alarm time
In order to ensure as long as possible alarming in the event of a power failure, the alarm
signal over the horn is interrupted for approx. 1 minute after the set
“
horn alarm time
”
.
The shorter the
“
horn alarm time
”
, the longer the possible alarm time with internal
accumulator in case of power failure. At the factory-set
“
alarm pause time
”
of 20 s, the
operating time of the alarm device is at least 2 hours.
Factory setting: 20 sec
Setting range: 0...250 sec.
Sensor diff. max
Sensor diff. max
Difference between the two sensor values in the cot or the supply air.
Two sensor values per cot if possible and also for the supply air temperature are
compared constantly and checked for plausibility to increase the operational reliability.
If the difference between the two sensor measured values exceeds the value set here a
fault message is output with a delay (setting: sensor diff. time).
Setting applies commonly for supply air temperature sensors and cot sensors.
Factory setting: 2 K
Setting range: ...0.5K...20 K
