Control device for which the control system is locked.
This primarily applies to radio and coil control devices,
as other control devices have such a short locking
period that there is no time to see the indication.
The number will stop flashing when one of
the current control device’s buttons are pressed.
If the control card has been without voltage
and receives the voltage again when the CS
(cabin switch) is switched on, “7” will flash on
the display and the control card is locked until
the Off/On on the CS is operated.
